This home built in 1999 had all the luster of a home of that time. Plenty of golden oak cabinetry and trim, laminate countertops and dated lighting and plumbing fixtures. To make this a more inviting space for friends and family, we said “out with the old and in with the new!”
New cabinets from Koch Cabinets were brought in and finished in Charcoal Blue. Luxurious brushed gold hardware was added to give it that pop! Beautiful new Cambria countertops in Malvern offered a delicate warm vanilla palette with small white splashes and ghosted gray accents. New LVP flooring from Coretec brought in lovely tones of copper and rust to add warmth to the space. A fun, chevron patterned backsplash from MSI brought in a decidedly contemporary edge in design, but the material is perfectly timeless. Frigidaire Pro appliances gave it that gourmet kitchen vibe. And, new Kohler plumbing fixtures and updated lighting gave it the finishing touches it needed.
