Indigo Bunting Project

This early 2000’s Lake Elmo home had an unfinished basement.  This young family longed for more space for their family as well as a space for entertaining.

New cabinets from Koch Cabinets were brought in for the wet bar and finished in Charcoal Blue.  Luxurious brushed gold hardware was added to give it that pop!  Beautiful new quartz countertops and a fun hex backsplash finished off the bar space.  In the living room, a plush carpet was brought in to add softness and warmth.  A new 54″ linear fireplace was flanked with matching cabinetry and maple pecan floating shelves.  Sleek and modern Emser large format tile was used to finish off the fireplace.  Lastly, a new bathroom was created with again the matching cabinetry and another color of hex tile was used in shower to build on the continuity of design in the space.  This family now has a great space they may use for years to come!
