This 5-year old home had an unfinished basement.  A finished space was in great demand as this family continued to grow.  Additionally, this young couple longed for a space that they could utilize to entertain when friends and family came over.  The result was a warm and inviting space including an impressive 74″ fireplace, plush carpeting, and a gorgeous new bar with quartz countertop.  They now have a space they may use for years to come!
